Responsibilities:
- Relationship with board
- Brings to attention of the chair of the board of directors such as matters and data about the needs and operation of the school as are appropriate to keep the board fully informed to meet its responsibilities.
- Serve as chief communicator between the board and the staff
- Will attend board meetings as specified by the board
- Maintains a professional working relationship with the board of director.
- know and implements the policies of the school
- Coordinate with the board when issuing school contracts
- Organization
- Create an appropriate and strong management team for school
- Promotes an internal organization that permits transparent, open communication up and down
- Planning & Analysis
- Develop school improvement plan with all the staff. Participates with the board in strategic planning.
- Keep abreast of current educational trend and implement them as deemed appropriate for the school by attending seminar/workshop and by doing personal research.
- Annually attend professional development workshop
- Report of information and data
- Submit to the board recommendations on all personnel actions such as appointment, assignment, promotion. job performance evaluations and dismissal.
- is responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements to the board on various matters concerning the school's financial health, including enrollment, outstanding accounts, income, expenditures, and cash flow projections.
- Prepares a complete annual budget proposal for submission to the board of directors with the head of finance
- Finance

- Once the year's budget is approved by the board, ensure that the available financial resources are carefully managed within the budgetary guidelines. Notify the head of finance prior to initiating any variances from the budget.
- Personnel
- Establish productive working conditions, discipline, training, and development of all professional staff.
- Maintain personal contact with all school staff members, fostering good public relations, promoting high morale and identifying personnel problems as early as possible.
- Academic program
- Discuss about problem classes with all teacher
- Consistent with the school values, teaching style and mission/philosophy
- Develop system of scheduling to accommodate these academic programs
- Checking all preparation of teaching plans
- School image
- Interpret the school and its programs to the public and strives to personify the school
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for the school
- Market the school via the website
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Education or equivalent. Job role in School Principal or Childcare.
